Nut-Free Energy Balls

The perfect superfood snack for kids and adults. Filled with protein, fibre and healthy fat. This superfood snack will keep you feeling energized and nourished throughout the day.

Ingredients

1 1/2cups

Pitted Medjool Dates

1/3cup

Sunflower Seed Butter

1/2cup

Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened

1/4tsp

Sea Salt

Instructions

Add pitted dates into a large food processor, then process until they form a sticky ball. Use a spatula to break up the date mixture, then add in the sunflower seed butter, shredded coconut and salt.

Blend again until a sticky batter is formed. Scoop the dough by tablespoons and roll them into balls.

Arrange them on a flat plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut or hemp hearts then place them in the fridge or freezer to firm up a bit.
