Packed with Vitamin C and immune-supportive phytonutrients, this shot combines vibrant citrus, warming ginger and turmeric, and healing Manuka honey. It’s designed to help ward off colds, soothe sore throats, and support your body through flu season.

Instructions

    Juice the lemon, oranges and lime with a hand juicer.

    Blend everything on high speed until smooth, then strain to remove pulp.

    Add honey and stir to combine.

  4. 4

    Take a shot daily at the first sign of illness or mix a shot into hot water for a soothing drink. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
