This smoothie is sunshine in a glass. Made with fresh oranges this simple but delicious smoothie is filled with vitamin C, warming anti-inflammatory spices and packed with plant based protein.

Small Navel Oranges

Carrot
3Tbsp
Hemp Hearts
1tsp
Honey
1cup
Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2Tbsp
Powdered Turmeric
1/2tsp
Cinnamin
1Tbsp
Fresh Ginger

Ice Cubes
Instructions

Peel or cut oranges so the peel is fully removed and cut the orange in half.

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth, Approx. 1 min. Add more liquid if needed to achieve your desired consistency.

Pour into a glass. Option to top with orange zest and hemp hearts
