Add all ingredients to a large mason jar and fill with apple cider vinegar.

Add parchment paper between the jar and the lid. This will avoid rusting.

Allow it to sit on the counter for 3 weeks.

Strain and separate the liquid from the solid parts. Add some raw honey to taste.

Add to a bottle or jar and keep in the fridge. Take a shot anytime you feel a cold coming on. You can also add it to dressings and sauces.
