A nourishing gluten free, plant based and naturally sweetened banana bread that hits the spot. This recipe can be made in one bowl which leaves you with minimal cleanup and more time to eat!

Ripe Bananas
1/4 cup
Melted Coconut Oil
1/4 cup
Maple Syrup
2 tsp
Natural Vanilla
1 1/2 cups
Gluten-Free Oat Flour
3/4 cup
Almond Flour
1 tsp
Baking Powder
1/2 tsp
Baking Soda
1/4 tsp
Kosher Salt
1/3 cup
Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil an 8-inch loaf pan and set aside. You can also place parchment paper on the bottom of the pan.

Mash bananas in a medium bowl.

Combine all ingredients into the bowl and mix to combine.

Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 50 minutes.

Let cool before slicing.

Substitutions: If you have a nut allergy, you can substitute the almond flour for equal parts oat flour. If you want to make it grain free, you can substitute the oat flour for equal parts almond flour.
