Vegan Ranch Dressing

This vegan ranch dressing is the perfect pairing for your next veggie platter and makes a great spread in wraps and sandwiches.

1/2 cup

Plain Coconut Yogurt

1/2 tsp

Garlic Powder

1 tsp

Fresh Parsley

1/2 tsp

Dried Dill

1/2 tsp

Onion Powder

1 tsp

Chives

1/8 tsp

Celery Seed

1/4 tsp

Himalayan Pink Salt

1 tsp

Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tbsp

Cashew Milk

Instructions

MIX: all of the ingredients together. Adjust seasonings to taste. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator and use within a week.

Substitutions: No cashew milk? Use another milk alternative. No coconut yogurt? Use your favourite dairy-free yogurt or mayonnaise.
