Tamarind Marinade

Tamarind Paste

4Tbsp

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1tsp

Honey

Garlic Clove

1/2tsp

Kosher Salt

1/4tsp

Aleppo Pepper

Instructions

In a small bowl mix together tamarind paste, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt and Aleppo pepper until you have a smooth consistency (sticky, but runny enough to drizzle extra marinade as a finish before serving).

Use this marinade as a rub for meat, chicken, seafood, tempeh, and hard roasted vegetables (such as brussels sprouts, asparagus, etc.,).

Garnish with toasted sesame seeds or peanuts, coriander/cilantro, or any other fresh herb of your choice.
