This marinade pairs well with fish, chicken and lamb. You can use it as a marinade or as a spread, pasta sauce, and dip.

Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Scoop into an airtight jar and place in the fridge or place marinade into an ice cube tray, freezing it for future use.
