Matcha is high in antioxidants and catechins (a compound) found in green tea. It has many benefits; it increases energy, alkalizes the body, enhances brain function, contains anti-cancer properties and protects the liver. Pistachios are a source of protein, healthy fat, and fiber. They are rich in B vitamins, protect the eyes and improve skin health.

Ground Pistachios
1 tsp
Matcha Powder
2 Tbsp
Boiled Water
1/4 tsp
Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon Powder
1 1/4 cups
Almond Milk
1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp
Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp
Collagen Powder
Instructions

In a small pot, warm the almond milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.

Add the warm milk, ground pistachios, cardamom, cinnamon, maple syrup, matcha powder, collagen, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a mug. Top with extra steamed milk or boiled water if desired, and decorate with a sprinkle of ground pistachios or matcha.
