These Smoked Salmon Cucumber Bites are like biting into a smoked salmon bagel with all the cream cheese and dill, except the bagel is missing here--and you don’t really need it! The classic lox bagel has been flipped into a super easy appetizer with this recipe and it’s the simplest afternoon or evening snack. As a pescatarian, gluten-free and keto-friendly snack, this is an easy win for a diverse group of eaters.
