Turkey contains an amino acid called tryptophan, which helps to regulate sleep. It also has selenium which is an antioxidant that helps to boost immunity, regulate thyroid function, and support a healthy heart.

Instructions

  1. 1

In a large bowl, add the turkey and all other ingredients. Mix well to combine.

  2. 2

Form turkey into meatballs roughly around the size of a golf ball.

  3. 3

Cook for about 3 minutes and then flip them over. Cook for another 3 minutes. Continue to flip them over on all sides and cook each of those sides for 3 minutes. Each side will be golden brown and look crispy! Depending on your pan, you might need to cook them a little bit longer.

  4. 4

Serve with salad, zucchini noodles and tomato sauce, in a pita, etc.

  5. 5

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
