Bacon Wrapped Green Beans

These are great to serve as an appetizer or as a side dish. They look fancy but they are really easy to make. Your family and friends will definitely be impressed with these!

Green Beans

2Tbsp

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Garlic Cloves

1/2tsp

Sea Salt

1/2tsp

Black Pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, add the green beans, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and mix to combine.

Take five to six beans and wrap a slice of bacon around them. Place them on the baking sheet with the end piece of the bacon facing down. Repeat with the rest of the beans and bacon.3. Bake for 20 minutes and then flip over and bake for another 15 minutes. Divide onto plates and enjoy!

Notes: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Serve as an appetizer or as a side with your favourite protein and some carbohydrates.
