Another delicious smoothie with cauliflower. I know smoothie and cauliflower in the same sentence doesn’t sound like it makes sense, but it makes all the sense! This is the perfect smoothie for chocolate lovers. Who doesn’t want to have chocolate for breakfast?

Coconut Milk

Frozen Banana Slices
1/2cup
Frozen Cauliflower Florets
2Tbsp
Cacao Powder

Pitted Medjool Date
2scoops
Collagen Powder
1/4tsp
Sea Salt
Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Note: Add more liquid if needed.

Substitutions: Use plain or chocolate protein powder instead of collagen powder.
