Concord Grapes are such a special, seasonal treat in Ontario. The mixture of flavours and textures in this dish makes it a great appetizer or starter dish for your next gathering. Simple, elegant and easy to prepare!

1lb

Concord Grapes

1Tbsp

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1/2Tbsp

Balsamic Vinegar

1tsp

Sea Salt

1/4cup

Roasted Walnuts

2sprigs

Thyme

1ball

Burrata

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°. Add your ball of burrata to a serving dish and leave at room temperature while you prepare your grapes.

Wash your grapes and place on a baking sheet, add the olive oil, salt, thyme and balsamic vinegar. Roast the grapes for 15 minutes or until the grapes begin to burst.

Gently spoon the roasted grapes over the burrata. Add chopped hazelnuts on top. Garnish with extra thyme. Serve immediately with crackers or grilled bread.
