The combination of the cucumber, mango and a hint of banana, makes this smoothie super refreshing and makes you feel like you could be sipping it somewhere tropical! Smoothies are a great way to get a variety of nutrients into your diet, especially if you’re on the go and need to whip something up quick. This smoothie contains fibre, healthy fats, protein which will all help to keep you full longer. This smoothie is anti-inflammatory, supports heart health, immune health, brain health and much more.

Full Fat Coconut Milk

1/2cup

Filtered Water

3/4cup

Frozen Mango

1/2

Frozen Banana

Mini Cucumber

1handful

Baby Spinach

2Tbsp

Hemp Seed

1/4tsp

Cinnamon

1scoop

Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to reach desired consistency.

Substitutions: No coconut milk, use any other plant based milk. No mini cucumbers, you can use 1/3 cup of sliced rounds of english cucumber. No frozen banana, use 1 cup of mango instead of 3/4 cup.
