One Pan Honey Garlic Sausage, Apples & Veggies

One pan meals are awesome for less stress in the kitchen. All you need to do is chop up the ingredients and throw them on a baking dish and patiently wait until it’s cooked. This meal is packed with fiber rich ingredients, healthy fats and protein. All the fixings for a satiating meal!

Honey Garlic Pork Sausage

1large

Honey Crisp Apple

Yukon Gold Potatoes

2cups

Brussels Sprouts

1/2

Yellow Onion

4

Garlic Cloves

1/2cup

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1/2tsp

Sea Salt

1/2tsp

Black Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Grab a baking sheet big enough to spread out the sausages and vegetables.

Add all the vegetables to the baking sheet with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Evenly spread the vegetables out on the baking sheet.

Add pieces of sausage in between the vegetables.

Bake for 45 minutes or until vegetables and sausage are golden brown. Check half-way through and flip the vegetables and sausage pieces the best you can.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Substitutions: Use chicken or turkey sausage instead of pork sausage.
