Grilled Radicchio with Tahini Garlic Sauce

Oh yes, you can grill radicchio and it is delicious. You can impress your family and friends with this simple grilled dish!

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Sea Salt

Raw Cashews
2Tbsp
Tahini

Garlic Cloves

Lemon

To make the tahini garlic sauce, add half of the olive oil, half of the salt, cashews, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and black pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth and set aside.

Place the radicchio on a tray or baking dish. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top and rub all over the radicchio. Sprinkle the remaining salt on top.

Heat the grill to medium heat then gently place radicchio on the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side. You can keep the lid opened to make sure they don’t get too charred. You can also work in batches.

Drizzle some of the tahini garlic sauce on top. Enjoy!

Notes: One serving is equal to one piece (one quarter) of grilled radicchio. Refrigerate any leftover sauce in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Use it as a salad dressing, veggie dip, etc.
