Goat Cheese Pomegranate Crostini

These crostini have party vibes written all over them! You can taste a bit of each flavour with every bite. Definitely hard to stop at two!

Sourdough Baguette
2 Tbsp
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
300 g
Goat Cheese
1/2 cup
Pistachios
1 cup
Pomegranate Seeds
1
Lemon
2 Tbsp
Raw Honey
1 tsp
Flaky Sea Salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the baguette into approximately ½ inch to 1 inch slices and arrange them onto a baking sheet.

Drizzle the olive oil all over and rub it into both sides of each piece of bread. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.

Spread the cheese onto each piece of bread and then top with pistachios, pomegranate and drizzle honey all over. Lastly, top with flaky salt. Enjoy!

Notes: One serving is two crostini. Make it dairy-free by using a plant-based cheese alternative. Make it gluten-free by using gluten-free bread.
