Cranberry Ginger Bubbly Mocktail

It’s time to celebrate– Bring out the bubbly and glasses for this festive recipe! This recipe embraces the seasonal flavours of cranberry and the bubbly fizz that accompanies the holiday season making it a great recipe for Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

100% Cranberry Juice
2 tsp
Maple Syrup
1 tsp
Fresh Ginger
2 tsp
Fresh Lime Juice

1 2-inch Piece
Fresh Ginger
1/4 cup
Cranberries
Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, add ⅓ of the ice cubes and all of the ingredients except for the ginger beer. Shake well until condensation forms on the cocktail shaker.

Divide the remaining ice between the glasses and pour the shaken mixture into the glasses. Top off the drinks with ginger beer and garnish with a ginger slice and fresh cranberries. Enjoy!

Substitutions: Alcohol: replace the ginger beer with champagne.

Notes: No cocktail shaker? No problem! Pour everything but the ginger beer/champagne into a mason jar and shake it up!
