Cherry Coconut Yogurt Popsicles

Easy 5 ingredient popsicles! They are creamy with a pop of colour and flavour from the delicious cherry chunks. Cherries are loaded with antioxidants, fibre and other nourishing nutrients. They are anti-inflammatory and can support various health concerns. For example, heart related concerns. They can help to reduce risk factors like high blood pressure, high triglycerides and abnormal cholesterol levels.

1cup

Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt

1/4cup

Coconut Milk

1/3cup

Maple Syrup

1tsp

Vanilla Extract

1cup

Frozen Cherries Thawed

Instructions

In a bowl, add the coconut yogurt, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla and stir to combine.

Add the cherries and mix them in.

Using popsicle molds, pour the mix into each mold.

Freeze for 5-6 hours.

Substitutions: If you don't have coconut milk you can use water, oat milk or any other non-dairy milk.
