Buttery Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Looking for an easy lunch or dinner you can whip up SO FAST? You’re welcome! I love how quick it is to cook shrimp. The lemony butter sauce goes really well with pasta or rice.

Ingredients

1/4cup

Butter

10ozs

Shrimp

1

Lemon

3

Garlic Cloves

1tsp

Paprika

1/2tsp

Sea Salt

1/2tsp

Black Pepper

1/4Cup

Parsley

Instructions

In a cast iron skillet or large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp, lemon juice, garlic and mix to coat the shrimp. Add the paprika, salt, pepper and mix again.

Cook the shrimp for two to three minutes per side or until they are opaque. Turn off the heat and stir in the parsley.

Serve with pasta or rice. Enjoy!
