Blackberry Basil Popsicles

Popsicles are my favourite to make in the summer! The possibilities are truly endless. You can have fun with different popsicle mold shapes, too. I incorporated some kefir and Greek yogurt for some protein and added some veggies and herbs to bump up the nutrients.

Ingredients

1cup

Blackberries

3

Basil Leaves

1cup

Plain Kefir

1/2cup

Greek Yogurt

2Tbsp

Pure Maple Syrup

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
