Baked Brie with Apples

A crowd favourite, baked brie. I mean, baked cheese in general is a crowd pleaser! You can jazz it up or keep it simple. You can make it a lower carb appetizer by sticking to fruits and veggies for dipping.

300g round
Brie Cheese

Apple
2Tbsp
Honey
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the brie in the middle of the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until soft to the touch.

Let it cool for 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter with the apples, seed crackers and breadsticks (if using).

Drizzle honey on top and then cut the brie open. It will be ooey gooey and ready for dipping! Serve with bread or seedy crackers.
