As a quick breakfast on the go, this nutrient-dense smoothie has a ton of antioxidants which will help keep your body younger, stronger and less inflamed since it helps to fight off cell-damaging free radicals. The smooth berry flavour easily disguises the added spinach benefit, giving you a great dose of iron and fibre.

Organic Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder

1/4cup

Frozen Blueberries

1/4cup

Frozen Acai Berries

1Tbsp

Almond Butter

1Tbsp

Ground Flax

1handful

Baby Spinach

1Tbsp

Hemp Hearts

Instructions

BLEND: In a high-powered blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

GARNISH: with your favourite anti-inflammatory toppings, like bee pollen or hemp hearts.
