I just had to do a summer sangria as a follow up to the spring sangria! This version is a tribute to stone fruits (with some berries). Just like the spring sangria, if you want to kick it up a notch, you can add some gin, vodka or white wine.

Beverage

Ingredients

1/2

Peach

1/2

Nectarine

1

Red Plum

1/2cup

Raspberries

2cups

Peach Lemonade

750ml

Sparkling Water

1/4cup

Mint

2cups

Ice

Instructions

1

Add all of the ingredients, except for the ice cubes, to a large pitcher and stir combine.

2

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavours infuse.

3

When ready to serve, pour into glasses and add ice. Enjoy!

Substitutions: Instead of peach lemonade, you can use peach juice or a regular lemonade. You can also omit this part entirely and add more sparkling water. No mint: Use fresh basil or other herbs like thyme or rosemary.
