Raspberry Rhubarb Apple Crumble

Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 Cup
Almond Flour
1/2 Cup
Packed Brown Sugar
10 Tbsp
Cold Butter
2 tsp
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup
Raspberries
3 Cups
Strawberries
2 Stalks
Rhubarb

Honey Crisp Apples
1/4 Cup
Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp
Cornstarch
2 tsp
Apple Cider Vineger

Preheat the oven to 350ºF

To make the crumble, mix the oats, almond fLour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Add in the butter and work between your fingers until a crumbly mixture forms. Set aside.

In a separate large bowl, mix the raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb and apples with corn starch, vinegar and brown sugar.

Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking vessel (a deep pie plate or 9-inch x 9-inch baking dish works great) and top with crumble.

Bake on a rimmed baking sheet until crumble is golden brown, and fruit is tender and juicy, about 50 minutes.

Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
