In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oats, chia seeds, spices and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the coconut yogurt, almond milk, apple sauce, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla and grated apple. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir to combine.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight, then serve in the morning with desired toppings.
