Combine all ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, until thickened and cranberries have popped. Use a fork to pop any remaining cranberries.

Allow to cool completely before serving. Will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one week.
