Cumin Seeds

Coriander Seeds

Sesame Seeds

Sumac

Kosher Salt

Using a mortar and pestle, or a coffee grinder/blender, crush the cumin and coriander seeds. Combine everything in a jar and stir. Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to six months.
