Umami Miso Marinade

This umami rich miso marinade is great to keep on hand for marinating veggies, meats, for glazing anything, adding to dips, sauces or dressings. Keep it in your fridge or freeze for longer!

3Tbsp

Miso Paste

2Tbsp

Tamari

1Tbsp

Maple Syrup

1Tbsp

Rice Vinegar

1Tbsp

Avocado Oil

1

Garlic Clove

1/2tsp

Sriracha

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or store in the freezer for longer.

Note: To store in the freezer, portion into a silicon ice cube tray and then freeze. Once frozen, pop them out and keep them stored in the freezer.

Substitutions:No soy: use a chickpea based miso paste and coconut aminos. No garlic: omit. No spice: omit the sriracha.
