Easy and delicious one pan slow cooked chicken thighs with Greek seasonings and potatoes.

Bone In, Skin On Chicken Thighs

Yellow Potatoes
1/2
Red Onion
1/4 cup
Green Olives
1/2
Lemon
4 sprigs
Oregano
1/3 cup
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp
Sea Salt
1/4 tsp
Black Pepper
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350ºF.Add your chicken to a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Then add the potatoes, red onion, olives, lemon and oregano. Drizzle the olive oil on top. Season the potatoes and red onion with a little more salt and pepper.

Place it in the oven to bake for 90 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
