Hotdogs are a summer staple and super convenient for a quick lunch or dinner. Jazz up your hotdogs with these kimchi hotdogs and spicy mayo. You’ll love how easy and customizable they are to make.

1/3cup

Mayonnaise

2tsp

Sriracha

1Tbsp

Kimchi Brine

Hot Dog Buns

3/4cup

Kimchi

1stalk

Green Onion

2Tbsp

Cilantro

Instructions

Cook the hotdogs over a hot cast iron skillet or grill, turning every few minutes or so, until grill marks appear, about five to seven minutes, depending on size.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha and kimchi brine.

Toast the hotdog buns.

Place the hotdog in the buns and top with kimchi. Drizzle with spicy mayonnaise and top with green onions and cilantro. Enjoy!
