Greek Tuna Salad Wraps

Tuna wraps are a quick and easy way to get those omega-3’s in, as well as protein and vitamin B12. Adding some Greek flavour to a regular tuna salad is a great way to change it up!

Canned Tuna

1/4small

Red Onion

1large

Cucumber

2Tbsp

Kalamata Olives

1 1/2Tbsp

Full Fat Greek Yogurt

1Tbsp

Vegan Mayonnaise

1Tbsp

Lemon Juice

1/2tsp

Sea Salt

1/4tsp

Black Pepper

1head

Boston Lettuce

Instructions

In a large bowl add the tuna along with all other ingredients and mix well.

Spoon into lettuce wraps, serve and enjoy!

Substitutions: No olives: omit or use sun dried tomatoes or capers. No avocado oil mayonnaise: use regular mayonnaise. No Boston lettuce: use romaine or another type of lettuce wrap or use wraps or bread as a sandwich.
