This recipe is inspired by the traditional Indonesian drink Jamu Juice. It’s loaded with turmeric and ginger, making it excellent for supporting our immune systems

Ingredients

1/2cup

Turmeric

1/3cup

Ginger

1L

Flow Alkaline Spring Water

2Tbsp

Lime Juice

2Tbsp

Raw Honey

Instructions

In a blender, combine the turmeric, ginger and water. Blend on high until smooth.

Pour into a medium sized pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Place a sieve with a cheesecloth over a large bowl and pour the water over. Discard the pulp.

Add the lime juice and honey and stir to combine.

Pour into mason jars and keep in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy cold.
