Easy Homemade Tartar Sauce

No need to buy store bought tartar sauce anymore! This version tastes great and is made with Greek yogurt for a boost of protein.

1/2cup

Greek Yogurt

1tsp

Dijon Mustard

1Tbsp

Dill Pickles

1Tbsp

Capers

1Tbsp

Lemon Juice

1

Garlic Cloves

1/2tsp

Kosher Salt

1/4tsp

Black Pepper

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the chives. Let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the flavours meld together.

Substitutions: No dairy: use mayonnaise instead. Less dairy: use half mayonnaise and half Greek yogurt. No chives: omit, or use dill instead. No lemon: use pickle juice instead, or apple cider vinegar.
