Creamy Lemon Tahini Dressing

This creamy dairy-free lemon tahini dressing is great for all types of salads, or as a sauce on top of noodles.

Tahini

Lemon Juice
2Tbsp
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/4-1/3cup
Water
1/2tsp
Sea Salt
2Tbsp
Nutritional Yeast
Instructions

In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.

Notes: This recipe makes 1 cup of dressing. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
