Ingredients

1/2cup

Almond Butter

1/4cup

Vanilla Protein Powder

1 1/2Tbsp

Coconut Flour

1Tbsp

Raw Honey

1/4tsp

Kosher Salt

1/3cup

Dairy-free Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

1/2tsp

Coconut Oil

Instructions

1

In a medium sized bowl add all ingredients except chocolate and coconut oil and mix well to combine.

2

Take about 1 ½ tbsp of dough and roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or pan.

3

Place in the freezer to harden for at least 90 minutes.

4

In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil and heat in 30 second bursts until melted.

5

Remove the balls from the freezer and dip into the melted chocolate until coated half-way. You can use a toothpick to pierce the balls into the chocolate to make it less messy.

6

Place the balls back on the baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.

7

Keep stored in the freezer for best results, allow to soften for 1 to 2 minutes before eating.

8

Substitutions: No almond butter: use peanut butter. No protein powder: omit or use another type of protein powder. Increase the amount of coconut flour if omitting the protein powder. No honey: use maple syrup.
