Sick of dried up, flavourless turkey putting you into a coma every year? This recipe is not only a showstopper but most definitely the best dish you and your loved-ones have ever had. Thaw your turkey, add on a stick of melted butter, a pound of bacon, lots of dried rosemary and stick in the oven - a thanksgiving to remember! * Buy an unstuffed turkey to make it gluten-free and shorten cook time *

Frozen Stuffed Turkey
1Stick
Unsalted Butter
1tsp
Kosher Salt
1Tbsp
Dried Rosemary
500g
Thick-Cut Bacon

Preheat the oven to 350℉.

Place thawed turkey into a roasting pan and pat the exterior dry with a paper towel.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Brush butter over turkey (get into the nooks and crannies).

Sprinkle the entire turkey with salt and half the rosemary.

Basket-weave bacon over the entire turkey. Be sure to wrap the wings as well.

Crush and sprinkle the rest of dried rosemary over the bacon.

Tent the turkey in the roasting pan with aluminum foil and place in the oven for about 3 hours. Remove foil and cook another hour or so, until the thigh is cooked to 180℉ and the breast is cooked to 170℉.

Once cooked thoroughly, remove from heat and let rest for 15-30 minutes.
