Air-Fryer Apple Crisp

Craving a simple dessert and don’t want to go through the hassle of making a whole apple crisp? Try this air fryer single serve apple crisp. Top with cinnamon spiced oats and a drizzle of almond butter after.

Honeycrisp Apple
1 1/4tsp
Coconut Oil
2Tbsp
Rolled Oats
1/4tsp
Ground Cinnamon
1tsp
Maple Syrup
2tsp
Almond Butter
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375℉.

Slice the apple in half from stem to end and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and core.

Rub ¼ tsp of the coconut oil over the cut side of the apple and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. Place cut side down and bake for five minutes. Remove from the air fryer and flip the apples over. Bake for another four minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the oats, remaining coconut oil, cinnamon and maple syrup with a spoon or spatula.

Spoon the oat mixture over top of the cored out portion of the apple and place back in the air fryer and bake for about four minutes, until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with almond butter if using. Enjoy!

Substitutions: Gluten-free: use certified gluten-free oats. Nut-free: use caramel to drizzle.
