Celebrate the holiday season with this dairy-free, creamy Vegan Holiday Nog! Spiced just right with nutmeg and cinnamon this holiday nog is the perfect festive drink for your next get-together or as a treat for a cozy night in. This nog is made with soaked and blended cashews so you get the heart-healthy benefits of cashews in drinkable form.

Instructions

    Prep: Soak cashews overnight.

    BLEND: all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.

    SERVE: shaken with ice and optionally with rum. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and top with whipped cream.

    Optional: Add 3 ounces of spiced rum before blending.

    Substitutions: To save time, use your favourite pre-made cashew milk and cut out the cashews and water from the recipe.
