This Warming Pregnancy and Postpartum Tea Latte contains red raspberry leaf tea, an herbal tea known for its powerful uterine-supportive and nourishing properties. Red raspberry leaf tea can help strengthen the uterus for labour and postpartum recovery, and paired with collagen powder, this drink is excellent for postpartum healing. Red raspberry leaf tea can also help diminish menstrual cramps.

Unsweetened Oat Milk

Bovine Collagen
1tsp
Maple Syrup
1rounded tsp
Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
Instructions

STEEP: the nettle tea and red raspberry leaf tea for three minutes in a large mug.

STEAM: or froth the oat milk with the collagen powder and maple syrup.

POUR: the steamed milk mixture over the tea.

Substitutions: If you can't have oat milk you can use any other milk alternative.
